Legendary Manchester United boss, Sir Alex Ferguson, has flown with the team to Gdansk ahead of Wednesday’s Europa League.
Current Red Devils manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, is 90 minutes away from securing his first silverware since he replaced Jose Mourinho.
The squad left the UK on Monday afternoon, with Ferguson joining the travelling party.
While Ferguson oversaw the most trophy-laden spell at Old Trafford, Solskjaer played his part on the field under the Scot.
Solskjaer’s most famous moment came in 1999, as United scored twice in injury time to beat Bayern Munich 2-1 in the Champions League final, with the Norwegian netting the winner.
