Ekiti PDP sets up 25-man gubernatorial primary appeal panel


 

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday said it has constituted the Gubernatorial Appeal Panel to consider appeals arising from the conduct of the governorship primary election for the upcoming 2022 election in Ekiti State.

This was contained in a statement by Hon. Umar M. Bature, National Organizing Secretary of the party.

According to the statement, the appeal panel is scheduled to sit on Friday, January 28, 2022, at the National Executive Committee (NEC) Hall of the PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja at 3 pm.

The members of the appeal panel are; H.E. Sen. Dr. Iyorchia Ayu – Chairman, Amb. Umar Iliya Damagum – Member, H.E. Amb. Taofeek Arapaja – Member, Hon. Arch. Setonji Koshoedo – Member, Hon. Umar M. Bature – Member, Hon. Debo Ologunagba – Member, Kamaldeen Adeyemi Ajibade, SAN – Member, Alhaji Ahmed Yayari Mohammed – Member, and Daniel Ambrose Woyengikuro – Member.

Others are Prof. Stella Effah-Attoe – Member, Muhammed Kadade Suleiman – Member, Okechukwu Obiechina Daniel – Member, Hon. Olasoji Adagunodo (NVC/SW) – Member, Chief Dr. Ali Obasi Odefa (NVC/SE) – Member, Chief Dan Osi Orbih (NVC/SS) – Member, Mr. Emmanuel Nicovoa Bovoa (NVC/NE) – Member, Rt. Hon. Theophilus Dakas Shan (NVC/NC) – Member, Dr. Aminu Abdullahi (Caretaker NW) – Member, Alhaja Mrs. Mutitat Ladoja (BoT-SW) – Member, Amb. Mrs. Fidelia A. Njeze (BoT-SE) – Member, H.E. Sen.
