Former Manchester United and Manchester City striker, Carlos Tevez’s possible new club has been revealed.
According to The Athletic, Tevez is reportedly ‘in talks’ with DC United over a potential move to the MLS.
The 38-year-old is currently a free agent after leaving Boca Juniors last summer.
The report claimed that Tevez’s representatives are said to have offered their client to DC United’ multiple’ times in the past, but the club declined on each occasion.
However, talks are now progressing positively.
Should Tevez agree to a deal with DC United, he is thought to take ‘designated player’ status at the club.
MLS clubs are allowed three signings above their usual salary cap, with those three therefore labelled as ‘designated players’.
