Guber elections: APGA lauds Imo citizen’s steadfastness amid economic hardship

The All Progressives Grand Alliance in Imo State has saluted the people of Imo state for their steadfastness and faith in God amid the biting economic and security challenges in the eastern state.

This is even as the party leaders expressed the belief that the state shall overcome all her challenges when all concerned stakeholders and patriotic indigenes live up to the expectations.

The latest statement by the Imo chapter of APGA is coming on the heels of the gubernatorial and state houses of assembly elections in the country.

John Iwuala, the Imo State chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance while baring his mind in a statement on Saturday, decried the pace of underdevelopment in the state.

The Imo leadership of the party also blamed citizens for the current problems bedevilling the state and impeding its economy and development.

The party said, “we all cried over the bad governance of the PDP. Then, the APC came as the real undertaker, the weeping continued with a renewed and louder voice.

“We came to realize that PDP is the higher institution where criminally-minded politicians graduated while the APC is the place they undergo their postgraduate programs.

“Today, both PDP and APC are real enemies of ndimo. Permit me to say that the beautiful edifices of corrupt governance and insecurity we experienced here today weren’t initiated by the APC but the design and foundation were ably laid by the PDP while APC did the finishing touches.

APGA said “those that put us where we are, having graduated and passed out from their postgraduate programs have started regrouping in another style to practice what they are expert in, and the people are so deceived to listen to them in shouting, Papa Mama Pikin—LP. Let’s be careful and never be fooled any more”.
